Inspired by a scratch margarita, this oak-fermented sour ale underwent a secondary fermentation with Key Lime, Tangerine, and Cara Cara Orange. A light sprinkling of sea salt adds depth and hints at the perception of a salted rim on your “cocktail.” Citrusy tart, with a touch of sweetness to balance it out.
