Brewed in collaboration with our friends at The Beer Junction to celebrate their 16th anniversary (3rd under the current ownership), this West Coast IPA is a celebration of our state’s bountiful hop farms, just over in Yakima. We loaded this beer with lots of Simcoe and a dash of Columbus Cryo in the kettle, then dry hopped with more Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Columbus Cryo, and a heavy dose of Citra Cryo Fresh (concentrated pellets derived from freshly harvested, whole-cone hops, and frozen for year-round flavor stability). The result is packed with notes of dank cannabis, grapefruit, orange peel, lemon zest, and resinous pine. Light bodied and crisp, with a lingering pithy bitterness.
