  • 10th Anniversary Collaboration Brewed with Human People Bird Search - West Coast IPA

    • Bird Search, a bold and maximalist West Coast IPA was brewed with Mosaic, Riwaka, and Columbus. The result is absolutely saturated in hop oils, deftly balancing tropical fruit, citrus, berries, and sticky cannabis. Loud aromas of grapefruit hard candy and guava juice lead into flavors of tangerine gummies, fresh mixed berries, and resinous weed. A pleasant pithy bitterness lingers through the dry finish.

  • Existential Options- Hazy IPA, 7% ABV. Hops: El Dorado, Citra, Cascade

  • Synesthesia- Hazy Double IPA, 8.5% ABV. Hops: Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Galaxy

  • 10th Anniversary Collaboration Brewed with No Boat Brewing All Hands on Deck - Hazy Double IPA

    • This DIPA was hopped with Fresh Frozen Krush, Superdelic, Citra Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin Kief and the result is loud enough to smell from across the room. Bursting with punchy notes of passionfruit, guava, kiwi, strawberry hard candies, lychee, and a bit of that classic New Zealand dankness. Silky, deceptively boozy, and just enough bitterness to balance the strength.

  • 10th Anniversary Collaboration Brewed with Linc Malt Special Edition Voltova - Czech-Style Pale Lager

    • Brewed in celebration of both RBC’s AND Linc’s 10th birthdays, this special edition of our flagship Czech-Style Pale Lager was brewed exclusively with ingredients grown in the PNW. The malt character is snappy and crisp, with aromas of hay and fresh grass. The hop character is assertively floral and bitter with a peppery spice complexity. Light, crisp, and excessively drinkable.

      ABV: 4.5% Hops: Idaho-grown Saaz

  • 10th Anniversary Collaboration Brewed with Bizarre Brewing Instant Hit - English Pale Ale

    • The malt character on this English Pale is rich and full with bready, crusty, and subtle caramel notes. The hop character is fascinatingly dynamic with a somewhat dank OG aroma that transitions seamlessly into flavors of lemon rind, herbal tea, and an assertive orange marmalade character. It pours a beautifully rich golden hue, with an assertive bitterness to cut through the malt. As the song goes: “Just try it. Enjoy it.”

    BARREL-AGED

  • 10th Anniversary Release Paracosm - Whiskey Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

    • Paracosm deftly balances the richness of fairly dark malt with the roastiness of very dark malt, and the oaky, vanilla tinged, aromatic whiskey barrel character. It leads with notes of singed crème brûlée topping, transitioning into sweeter caramel, and finishing with decadent, slightly bitter flourless dark chocolate cake. Premium Seattle-based whiskey lingers in the shadows of the finish. Full bodied and indulgent.
