Our favorite “Frozen Fresh Hop” IPA is back and better than ever with some big updates. Bittered in the kettle with Cascade from CLS Farms, then whirlpooled with more Cascade and a hefty dose of Mosaic “Cryo Fresh” from YCH (frozen and concentrated from freshly harvested and unkilned hops at harvest time, then stored with proprietary techniques to preserve flavor and aroma year-round). It was then dry hopped with another hefty dose of Mosaic Cryo Fresh, as well as more Cascade and a bit of Amarillo. A bold aroma of dank, sticky, diesel leads into flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, mango, and peach. The finish brings a resinous, piney, long lasting bitterness. Light, bright, and crisp.
