The Lifebox Foundation is based around the concept that basic surgery and a still very unsafe in much of the world because of a lack of access to basic monitors. Lifebox works closely with the Smiletrain foundation who is the NGO that does a lot of the cleft palatesurgeries worldwide. Proceeds are raised to purchase equipment to make a permanent impact in low-resource settings across sub-Saharan Africa.
