Brewed entirely with oak-smoked wheat malt and Polish Lubelski hops, our rendition of this classic Polish light beer only breaks from tradition with the use of our house lager yeast. Showcasing prominent smoky character, though subtler and more approachable than the beechwood-smoked rauchbiers of Germany. The low alcohol, high carbonation, and wheat make for a light-bodied yet silky smooth mouthfeel. As the smoke subsides, you’ll find a dynamic hop profile with floral, herbal, and zesty citrus notes leading into a crisp and bitter finish.
