Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic, Grungeist, Tango

Modular Synth is back, and we used Tango hops (a modern German variety) for the first time in the kettle and whirlpool, then dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Grungeist. Bright citrus and mixed berries are complemented by subtle tropical notes and balanced by resinous pine and fresh cut flowers. Light bodied and dry, with a firm bitterness.
