German pilsner malt shines in this Munich-style Helles lager, providing rich flavors of freshly-baked bread and lightly toasted biscuit. Delicately hopped with German-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh, subtle floral aromatics provide a pleasant counterpoint, while a very restrained bitterness keeps it balanced. Named in tribute to the intrepid surfers of Munich's Eisbach river.
