Noches del Sur is inspired by the rich tradition of Mexican dark lagers. The complex and engaging malt profile is complemented by a subdued floral hoppiness. Subtle malt notes of bread crust and caramel, with even subtler noble hop spice accompany the dry and satisfying finish.
