An intense bouquet of wildflowers and petrichor leads the aroma while notes of grapefruit, lemon peel, and fresh cedar arrive on the palate. A little reminder of the blossoming Seattle spring that follows our long and dark winter. Light bodied, dry, well bittered, and exceedingly fresh.
