The newest iteration of our single-hop series showcases Krush, one of our absolute favorite hops. Krush has done a lot of heavy lifting at Ravenna, since long before it had an official name and was known only as HBC-586. It’s such a vibrant and unmistakable variety, and it’s able to stand alone just as easily as it plays with others. Drenched in bright notes of fresh squeezed orange, gooseberry, guava, and lychee, with a slightly dank, resinous background; this IPA is a testament to Krush’s well-deserved reputation as one of the most exciting modern hops. Light bodied and refreshing, with a pleasant lingering bitterness.
