The hazy version of our Mosaic single-hop IPA is softer and smoother, with a more restrained (low) bitterness, but just as fruity and expressive as the ‘West Coast’ version. Featuring four unique lots of Mosaic, it showcases our abiding love of the versatile variety. Intense notes of juicy mango, pineapple, grapefruit, and mixed berries lead the way, while ripe cantaloupe and candied lemon join in toward the finish. Medium bodied with a balanced bitterness.
