Bursting with aromas and flavors of pink grapefruit, passionfruit, lemongrass, apricot, and fresh pine, this West Coast IPA is a dynamic celebration of Simcoe hops. Three unique hand-selected lots plus a Simcoe extract from Abstrax were used to showcase the depth and range of this beloved variety. A simple, lean grain bill lends a light body, allowing the hops to shine, while a pleasant dank and resinous bitterness lingers through the dry finish.
