The Strata edition of our single hop IPA series boasts pungent aromas of sweet berries, tropical fruit salad, and ripe citrus. Carefully selected lots from the finest hop farms are combined to showcase the depth of flavors in a single variety. Notes of strawberry, passionfruit, and ripe melon dominate the palate, while subtler accents of lime gummies and pine sap arrive later. Medium bodied, soft, and juicy, with a medium low bitterness.
