English malt and hops are equally celebrated in this tribute to British strong bitters. Pouring a beautiful copper color, the malt profile is rich with flavors of bread crust, biscuits and caramel. UK East Kent Golding and PNW Willamette hops offer layered floral aromas and herbal notes of black tea that linger through the finish. The heavy bittering balances the rich maltiness, creating the perception of a moderately bitter beer (by American standards).
