Wet Season: Cascade (2026)

This crisp West Coast IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Cascade hops from CLS Farms in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry hopped with more Cascade, New Zealand Cascade, and Strata CGX. The result is bold and dynamic, combining notes of underripe strawberry and lime zest with a greener, grassy character and a piney, resinous finish. Light bodied with a firm bitterness.
