Wet Season: Centennial (West Coast) 2026

This bold West Coast IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Centennial hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more Centennial, Riwaka, and Mosaic Cryo. Punchy notes of blood orange, ruby grapefruit, apricot, and subtle passionfruit permeate over a base layer of resinous pine sap, diesel, and fresh-cut grass. Light bodied with an assertive bitterness.
