Wet Season: Citra (Hazy) 2026

This juicy Hazy IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Citra hops from Sauve & Son Farms in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with two more lots of Citra and Citra Cryo. The result is saturated in notes of sweet melon, ripe mango, peach, and blueberry, with a slightly floral finish. Medium bodied with low bitterness.
