Wet Season: Mosaic (Hazy) 2026

This pungent hazy IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Mosaic hops from Loftus Ranches in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Krush. The result flaunts volatile aromas of tropical fruit and diesel, while oozing with flavors of ripe mango, pink guava, blueberries, and sweet peach, with a zesty lime finish. Medium bodied with a medium-low bitterness.
