Wet Season: Simcoe (2026)

This Hazy IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Simcoe hops from Sauve & Son Farms in Yakima. After fermentation it was dry hopped with more Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, and El Dorado. The result is bright and lively, packed with notes of lemon candy, pomelo, melon, fresh pineapple, and dried mango. Medium bodied with medium-low bitterness.
