Wet Season: Centennial

This West Coast IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Centennial hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. It was then dry hopped with Cascade, Mosaic, and more Centennial. Look for big notes of lemon peel, resinous pine, botanicals, and a hint of grapefruit. Light bodied and dry, with a soft lingering bitterness.
