Wet Season: Citra

This juicy Hazy IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Citra hops from Carpenter Farms in the Yakima Valley. After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more Citra, Citra Cryo, and fresh-frozen Strata. A diverse melange of tropical mango, ripe melon, red grapefruit, and strawberry candy are accented by a pleasant floral bouquet. Medium bodied with low bitterness and just a touch of sweetness on the finish.
