This beautifully aromatic pilsner was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Hallertau hops from Goschie Farms. The Oregon-grown traditional German variety is on full display, bringing an amplified floral bouquet with undertones of herbal spice and fresh-cut grass. A soft crackery malt character supports the background of this decidedly hop-forward lager, while an assertive yet balanced bitterness lingers through the finish.
