Wet Season: Strata Hazy IPA

This bold Hazy IPA was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. After fermentation it was dry hopped with more Strata, as well as Mosaic and Krush Lupomax. Drenched in deep flavors and aromas of ripe melon, mango ice cream, and a medley of berries, with hints of fresh cedar emerging on the finish to balance the juicy front palate. Medium bodied, with medium bitterness.
